Contiforms 2.18 is incompatible with Confluence Data center 7.13.8

We just upgraded our Data Center instance to version 7.13.8 and Universal plugin Manager reflects that Contiforms 2.18 is incompatible.  Which version would be best to upgrade to?

You can refer the product page below which says the supported versions are 

Version 2.27.16•Confluence Server 6.10.0 - 7.18.2
