Convert Outlook DL or list of emails to mentions in Confluence

Hi,
As a user, I am doing meetings based on Outlook DL's.
At the and want to summarize the meeting in Confluence and mention all the participants.
But what if the list of the participants is high?
Right now I have to mention them one by one manually :(
Any idea how to take outlook DL or a list of emails and mention them all on a Confluence page in an easy way?
