Goal-merge two old spaces into one new space.
Because the two existing spaces are currently being used, the pages from each space were copied into the new space instead of moved. Now that the new space is complete and almost ready to roll out, the old spaces should be archived.
I want to make sure that people access the copied pages from the new space if a page is searched, not the old spaces. This includes when people are accessing links from Jira to Confluence.
What needs to be done to make sure people are brought to the correct link? Or is there a way to easily distinguish the old/new space links?
Thanks, -Jen
Hi @Jen Adams
Basic suggestion - but couldn't you just hide/restrict access to the old Spaces, so users cannot locate the Pages within them?
