Could not save the comment in Annotations for Confluence

Hi,

When we try to add inline comments the window opens but when we try to save it fails with error: Could not save the comment

If you still cannot add inline comments, the following information will help us understand the situation a bit better:

• Does this happen to more than one user?
• Does the happen on more than one page?
• Is the Confluence Inline Comments add-on enabled?
• Is collaborative editing set to On (NOT Limited)? ( > General Configuration > Collaborative Editing)

Thank you for responding.

• This problem happens for all users and on all pages.
• The "Annotation for Confluence" add-on is enabled.
• Collaborative editing is on.
