Create Button for Terms can't be clicked

Hi... When I go to create a new Term from my space, I can enter the information, but the Create button cannot be clicked (it's grayed out). Any suggestions?

Thank you for reporting this to us. Can you confirm exactly where in Confluence you are encountering this issue?

You mentioned you were creating a new term, but I'm not sure which Confluence feature you're referring to. Could you show me exactly what the page looks like where you're attempting to create these terms?
