Hey @Inas Ait-Salah ,
We (K15t) develop Scroll PDF Exporter for Confluence (available on all deployment types) and this app allows you to have control over the output of your PDF exports. This includes being able to add the information you have requested (ie. Page ID, date of export etc) through the use of placeholders in an export template that you can create to define the styling you require.
If you're interested you can learn more about the app here - https://youtu.be/42T0HcKg_V8
Many thanks,
Thomas (K15t)
Yes, it is possible to create a PDF template with the information you mentioned in Confluence Cloud, Data Center, and Server.
To achieve this, you can create a custom PDF export template using the built-in Confluence PDF Layout Editor. Here are the steps to create the template:
Go to Confluence Administration and navigate to PDF Layouts under the Configuration section.
Click on the "Create new PDF Layout" button.
Choose the "Blank" option to create a new template from scratch.
Use the editor to design your template, adding any required placeholders for the user name, date of export, page ID, and page version.
To insert the placeholders, click on the "Insert Placeholder" button in the editor's toolbar and choose the appropriate option (e.g., "User Name" for the user name).
Once you have designed the template to your liking, save it and set it as the default PDF export layout.
Now, when users export a page to PDF, the template you created will be used and will include the placeholders for the user name, date of export, page ID, and page version.
Note that this method does not require the use of page properties, but it does require users to export pages using the "Export to PDF" option, rather than printing to PDF from their browser.

Does this only work for full Space exports, or can it be used for individual page PDFs too, the ones generated by using ... > Export > Export to PDF?
