Create a page from Trello not working (Powerup)

I have installed and authorized the Confluence Powerup in Trello. I am able to include a Confluence Page in a Trello card but I do not see the option to "Create a Confluence Page from a card".

Is this a known issue? Is there a resolution?

I was having the same question. The documentation states that it is doable but they haven't documented how nor can I find where to do it...
