In the same way, templates can be used to create a predefined page and content, what are the odds, a space template can be created to minimize the time to replicate the structure.
for instance, I want to concentrate the information from sales, support, professional services, implementation, etc. each single department in one space. but this structure and information templates will be replicated for each customer.
By creating only one space and multiple pages (one per customer) and bulleted pages inside (for each department); will make the space hard to maintain because at the end multiple people could concurrently edit one or more pages (each person associated with a department and/or to a customer -can you imagine the combination- will access at same time -but online collaboration is not currently available- as each user can publish its own version and overwrite another concurrent user changes).
If i want to replicate the standard structure for new customers (e.g. customer 1 has everything set and I want to include now the information for customer 2); the only way I currently found to accomplish this task is by copying and pasting pages individually, then editing content; or with a sort of macro which makes things a little complicated. (at least for non technical people, like for instance, non-developers).
The intention of this request is to avoid copying and pasting each single page, then editing each page to remove or change the information, etc. because it will complicate things and made this a hard work to follow up on; With a space template, spaces and internal space pages will be preformatted and only the content will be written in a cleaner way than modifying and removing previous content.
Thanks in advance for your observations, suggestions but overall to consider this as a product enhancement if it is not possible yet to be done in confluence (as it is in MS sharepoint).
JIC: I have already looked into:

Maybe our Space- and/or Page Tree Creator App for Confluence could be a solution for your requirement. You can find the Space Tree Creator and the Page Tree Creator on the Atlassian marketplace.

Is this the only option?... because I can guess, will be cheaper to migrate the content to our current MS license using sharepoint instead; as MS sharepoint already have this implemented.
