Create button is missing from Confluence 5.6.5

The Create button is missing from the nav.  I need this in order to use Blueprints within a space.  What do I have to do to get the button back?

I figured it out.  My eval license expired.  Thanks for getting back to me.

Hello Frank,

Can you make sure your instance does not have more users than your license number? If that's not the case, may I ask whether you've upgraded Confluence recently? Or it's a brand new installation?

Another possibility would be related to third party plugins or customisations: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CONFKB/Create+button+is+missing+in+Confluence+5.0.x+or+5.1.x

We will need more details to be able to help on this issue.

Do you have "edit page" permission in the space?

Hi,

To make sure this isn't related to license, you can try an evaluation license and apply. If this works, you may be running an expired license.

Hi,

I have administrator privileges, and my license is valid. I am facing the same issue and am unable to find its root cause. I tried every solution mentioned but none works. The Create button appeared a week ago and disappeared today all of a sudden. Could you please help?

This behaviour is consistent with a licence problem.

Either you've exceeded your licence limit, or your (avaluation) licence has expired.

The license support period is till May 29 2018. There is no "license expired" message on the browser or anywhere mentioned that the license is expired.

Ok, so it's the other reason.

Hey! I restarted my database and confluence instance and it worked! Thanks!
