Hi,
We're having a problem where the "Create" button to add a new page has gone, and there are a few other problems as well. We are seeing messages such as:
Unknown macro: 'create-from-template'
and
Unknown macro: 'detailssummary'
I have tracked this down to an add-on that appears to be disabled, but I can see no reason why this would be disabled, and no way to enable it. Specifically this is the System add-on:
"Confluence Create Content Plugin"
Please help!
Cheers,
Dave
OnDemand support fixed this by restarting something at their end (took a while though).
Hi Dave,
The symptoms that you've mentioned for Create Button is similar to following knowledge article:
Please prepare full backup of your database prior to run any query against your database.
However, I'd recommend you to create a support ticket and attach your Support zip file for further investigation.

Saleh

Hi Saleh,
We're using Atlassian OnDemand, so I don't think this is particularly relevant...

Thanks, I have done so already. FYI they don't seem to know the reason for the problem but are going to restart the OnDemand instance (which sounds like it may take > 30 mins!)
Cheers,
Dave
