Create custom space blueprint for Confluence Cloud?

Is there a way to create a space blueprint for Confluence Cloud?  If not, is it on the roadmap?

This is an existing feature that space administrators can maintain templates.

This is about page templates, not space templates.
I think @Wilson M_ asked for space blueprints (like the given "documentation space" / "team space" / "knowledge base space" templates).
