Creating Custom 'Status Reports' and 'Meeting Minutes' for Clients With Our Company Logo

Hello, 

I'm looking for a way to export both the 'Status Report' and 'Meeting Minutes' of each particular project our team is working on. When I do so now, it is a black and white Word or PDF page(s). I'd like to create a 'Template' with our company logo so that it looks more professional and I can automatically export as a Word or PDF which now would include the full information plus our company logo.
