I've checked your license details and found that your maintenance expired before any of the patched versions we're recommending were released. You can upgrade Confluence, but it will immediately prevent you from adding new pages or making edits and tell you that you've upgraded to a version you don't have a license for.
What I'd recommend doing is renewing your support at my.atlassian.com and installing the new Confluence licensing (you copy/paste this into the License Details page in Confluence). Your renewed license would then be good for any versions of Confluence released for the next year. Since this only takes a couple minutes to do, I would suggest doing that right now and then starting the Confluence upgrade work.
