Hello everybody,
I'm trying to invent a kind of "mini-CRM" in Confluence. I thought about our agents. They would like to have an overview of their customers, let's call it a "Customer Cockpit".
Is it possible to build in a query, where the agents can type in the customer number, and the main figures are shown up? (Turnover, margin etc.) (Data from Database)
I thought about the Bobswift SQL Add-On plus Run-Selfservice Reports.
Or the Play SQL Add-On plus Play SQL forms.
Did anybody try to realize a similar thing?
Thanks to everybody!
Greets Alex
Play SQL Base will do this, using "user parameters". It displays a form above the table. No need for Play SQL Forms yet.
