Is there a way in confluence wherein I can create a page under a parent page and display the details of child pages in the parent pages.
There will be a button in the parent page once clicked by the user it will show a form to enter a title (textfield input), status (dropdown), members (multiple selection users), description
Once save this will basically create a child page under the parent page.
The parent page then can display all the child pages in table displaying the
title, status, members, likes etc...
I tried the ideation add-on but there are limitations that we cannot do there.
Thanks for the help in advance
Hi Allen,
In Confluence we just have the Children Display Macro to display the Children, but nothing that creates pages other than the Create from Template Macro.
The normal Create Page button will automatically create a child page of the page you are currently on unless you ask it to create the page elsewhere.
I've tagged your question in a way that the Marketplace collection will also display your question in case anyone else knows of an add-on that may help you. Hopefully someone will have other suggestions for you.
Regards,
Shannon
