Customizing Confluence Email Templates

I tried customizing Confluence notification emails by removing the contentArea in the Soy templates and leaving only the pageTitle, but the emails still include change details.

Did I miss something?

Hi

In that document it clearly specifies that template customization is not supported, in any case, have you made sure that once the changes were made Confluence confirmed that it saved them, because it may not have been possible?
