I have a colleague that has a few issues with Confluence, she is unable to save the diagrams she creates/updates in DRAWIO macro - Im not sure if anyone has had the same issue before?

We need Confluence and drawio versions, browser version, print screen of an error if it appears, exact steps your colleague performed etc.

We are not sure if you are receiving any error message or code to narrow down the suggestion/ solution.
So, I would request to reach out to the Draw.io support team. Parallelly, you might share your browser details and your Confluence space permissions to Atlassian support team for workaround or solution check from their end.
