I'd like to know if as a user I can receive just ine email per day that include all changes permformed in spaces.

The Better Content Archiving for Confluence Cloud app includes a custom notifications module. The app's full functionality is much richer, but it uses custom notifications to keep people up-to-date about the lifecycle of their contents.

Steps:

1. Install the app
2. Create a new notification scheme
3. Add a new notification
   1. Schedule: 0 1 * * ? (it will send the notification over the night)
   2. CQL: lastmodified > startOfDay("-1d") (the notification will contain all pages and blog posts modified the previous day)
4. Apply the scheme to those spaces where you need this type notification. (You can, of course, use it in all spaces.)

The funny thing is that I use the same exact notification in our Confluence to watch all changes made in all shared spaces! Very convenient.
