Daily Email Updates for Single Page

We have a use case in which many users will be included as watchers on a page. Rather than spam them with emails for every update or comment, is there a way to set up a daily email to be sent with all updates within the past 24 hours for just that single page?

I believe this is not possible at the moment. I could find this feature request which seems to include a similar functionality for Confluence: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-12865

I recommend to vote and also comment there to increase popularity of the feature.
