Hi Community,


i have no idee but the MYSQL Database do not work on install the Confluence. The Firewall on the Database Server inbound is on port 1433 open and on the other Server where Confluence is installed Telnet over Port 1433 is working. The instance Name is the same as the Servername and is right queried at the SQL Server.

This Programm Confluence under Log has no Logging active.

Who can help me? Thanks

maybe you need some more ports to be opened in the firewall. Please refer to this document:

Make sure that your Confluence version uses compatible MySQL database: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/supported-platforms-207488198.html

Yes the MySQL is SQL Server 2014 and this is compatible with the Confluence.
