Decision Report (Macro) Not Picking Up All Decisions

I am using the Decision report. I just added two new decisions and the macro isn't picking them up.  I am using the decision icon so they should show up on the report. I don't know how to troubleshoot this any further. I deleted and added back in the Decision report widget but that didn't fix the problem. Thanks

Thanks Varsha! You were right. The report looks correct now.

It sometimes takes a little time for it to reflect in the report. I was having the same problem after I added, tried adding multiple times - finally rebooted my system and left it alone and left for the day. Next day I come in and check -  it worked.
