Hi,
I have a page filled with meeting notes and various decisions made. In the decisions I or my colleague have, I do a mention (@). However, when I try to filter on the mention I get all decisions in that page rather than just the ones the specific names are mentioned.
How/Is it possible to filter on individual decisions? My name is mentioned in all the decisions but my colleagues is only mentioned once and despite filtering on mention I still get all decisions from that page.
Hi @Erika.Salmon ,
The Decision Report macro makes a list of decisions (tasks) for the whole page in one cell - it is not possible to filter smth inside one cell.
But if you use the plain old tasks and the Task Report macro, then your case can be implemented.
Wrap your report in the Table Filter macro that is provided by our app - Table Filter and Charts for Confluence:
Here we want to filter the task with Natalie Paramonova - the first one. Natalie is not the assignee - I'm the one but Natalie should help me.
So we set a free text filter for the Description field:
And here is our result:
Note that you can filter every column of the Task Report macro including due dates on the fly from the page view mode.
Hi @Erika.Salmon ,

Are you trying with Page Properties Report Macro and use filtering Mentioning user and refer this guide - https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/page-properties-report-macro-186089616.html and let me know your feedback?
