Default Welcome message loses formatting when displayed in Announcements box

Since migrating to the cloud, I've attempted to edit the Default Welcome Message, which is displayed in the Announcements box on the home page.

However, it appears that much of the formatting is lost.  In particular, the larger font size of a Heading style, or the coloured backgrounds of Warning/Info boxes, are all not displayed.

Colours and bold/italic, and justification, all work as expected.

What is going on here?  Have I missed something?

Looks like the Info Boxes issue is a bug - see CONFCLOUD-70212

I would advise adding yourself as an "Affected Customer" to this bug.

I couldn't find a bug for the Headings. I did try it and you're right, it doesn't seem to impact the sizing greatly when using different ones. You could raise this as a separate bug on jira.atlassian.com!

Thanks for the pointer, I've updated the report.  Though since it is larked low priority and dates from a year ago I'm not hopeful of a fix any time soon!
