Delete content from page tree

I created a new tab within the page tree of the space that I am administrating. I need to delete this tab again, but there is not option to delete. I looked everywhere. Please support!

Hi @Vanessa Wilcken 

What do you mean by tab? Do you use a third party app? 

I'm not aware, that tabs are out of the box in confluence.

And can you please share us, if you are in confluence cloud or confluence server? And a screenshot would be handy
