Delete inactive Users quickly and easy in Confluence and Jira Data-Center

How can we create a easy delete users older than 2018 in Confluence / Jira Data Center?

I have 145 inacitve Users in Confluence which have to be deleted.

In Jira I have more or less 300 inacitve Users for now.

Why do you need to delete the user and inactivate them is not enough ?

It will be difficult to delete user in Jira if they have activities like comments, Components Leads or Project Leads.

You can still Anonymize the user.
