Delete unuesd labels

With the macro "Labels List" I can display all labels that are used on a Confluence page or in an attachment.

Unfortunately I also get labels that are not assigned to a page or an attachment. Usually when I want to delete a label, I can go to the corresponding page and delete the label, I do this until no page has the label anymore.

But how can I delete labels from the list without the label being assigned to the corresponding page?
I have already tried to add the label to a page and delete it afterwards. The label will still be displayed in the list.
