Disable Confluence Cloud links

Can I remove the "Smart App Banner" (app  store header) and the "Open in app" button?

There is no way to disable it.  I believe if you close it and do not clear the cache is stays hidden but will return at some point.  You could send a feature request to Atlassian to see if they can implement something like that. https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa
