Display Options for Files and Images after Cloud update?

Is there anyway to change the display options for Files and Images after the Cloud update recently? I can't even align or make it a link anymore..

Currently, it's not possible to show attachment as a link on the new editor. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:

Related to display options, I would like to confirm if it's all the previous options or a specific one.
