Hi there,
How does a link to a page behave that the user does not have permissions to view?
In other words: Is there a way to add a link to a page, that will only appear, if the user has permissions to view the target page?
Looking forward to your comments!
Regards,
Frank
Hello Frank, links will appear regardless of user permissions, users that have no access will hit a not permitted page though. In case you would like to restrict visibility to links, you may consider creating a page with restricted access to containing the private content. More information on how permissions work in Confluence can be reviewed here.
