Displaying images from a directory location in Confluence

Jeremy Seely June 17, 2013

My team wants the ability to have a Confluence page that automatically pulls and then displays images from a specified directory on the network.

How would one set that up?

Script - display images and icons - this shows images and icons from the Confluence install directory. That should be enough to get you started :).

Hi Bob, thanks for the reply. This script looks like it requires your Script Plugin, is that correct? I'm not sure if this would work for pulling images from a network drive that is different than the server Confluence is installed on.

Yes, the specific script requires the plugin. You could put similar logic in a custom plugin. You should be able to pull from a network drive fine provided access is configured correctly on the server.
