Distribute a copy of a meeting notes to all participants

Hey Community,

I have seen this done by someone out there and I wanted to learn how to do the same:

How can I create a distribution action after each meeting that sends the meeting notes to all participants mentioned.

You can also use the Share option on the top right of the page to send the page to people by adding a name, group, or team.
