I've used divider lines on most of my pages in Confluence (Cloud), but for some reason it doesn't appear on my new pages today. Is there a way to turn it different colors? Have I accidentally turned it white?
There is no way in the editor to change the color of the divider. Is it only happening on your new pages? What happens if you copy one that shows up and paste it into the document?
Actually, Brant, I just noticed that the divide is not showing up on ANY pages, now.

Also, while we're talking, the colored backgrounds for all the panels is missing. The icons show up, but there's no color or outline for the notes, success, warning panels.

Have you tried a different browser or clearing your cache?

Sorry, should have been more clear, your browser's cache. It depends on the browser that you are using but most have the option under history.

I changed browsers and can now see the line and the colors. What's up with that??

Still sounds like browser's cache. When you cleared the cache you cleared everything, correct? What browser is it not working in?

I followed these directions to clear Firefox cache:

You need to leave the cookies and site data checked or you are only clearing history and not cache. Give that a try and see if it corrects the issue.

OK. I did that, and I closed my browser and reopened it. Still no change.

I have the same issue in Confluence and I am using Chrome.
I cleared my browser cache with no success in seeing the 'divider' render.
It was working until about around the middle of February, then it stopped displaying for me.

@Brant Schroeder - I have the issue now in JIRA too.
The divider was fantastic to use in our team's user stories, but it suddenly stopped functioning as expected about a month ago. Now you can see the divider in the story but ONLY if you hover over it. You cannot see it at all when you are in Edit mode in the Description field. Seems to be a universal issue across the two products.

Brant, yes, the issue occurs in Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari.

We are seeing this too, but it appears to be contingent on the screen and/or resolution. On mine personally I do not see it on my monitors (docked) but it shows as expected on my laptop. There has not been a change to our monitors or display resolutions though, so its odd that we are experiencing this all of a sudden.
