Do page likes affect rank in search results?

Does liking a page in Confluence get it ranked higher in the search results, or does it just affect the popular macro?

Page Likes are not factored into search results. The search ranking considers popular pages differently, as mentioned in the article below:

 

Popular pages are those that have more incoming links. A page that has more incoming links will be ranked higher than other pages that share similar content.
