Do you know how I can implement a custom field in confluence but have it displayed nicely such as having a text inside building blocks or like a diagram?

custom fields are a Jira feature, you can use variables in Confluence templates for example.
If you want to display a Custom Field from Jira in Confluence, then you can use the Jira Issues macro or the Jira Chart macro.
