We have deployed Confluence using docker (one container for DB, one for nginx and one for the Confluence App). We have been using it this way for well over a year until a few days ago it started crashing the confluence-app container. I've set it to restart the container everytime it crashed, but nginx seems to need a restart too when that happens.
The above not being a workable mend, I'd like to request support for the error. Apparently it's a plugin that is causing the app to crash, but I can't pinpoint which, nor can I seem to be able to run the software disabling the plugins.
Please reach out asap.
Hello @Xtreme IT ,
You can see logs of the container and of Confluence itself (https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/working-with-confluence-logs-108364721.html) to see what causes the issue. If it is app, it should be as exception in the logs so you can identify it.
