Hello,
We have a document that was mostly completed and ready for full publishing to our users. The content creator send a link off to other users for review. While one of those users was reviewing and printing the document, it appears to have been deleted. The user only received a single page of the print and no one can find the document now.
The content creator user states this is not the first document that has just up and disappeared on her.
Is there a log of deletions that we can look at? Is there a bug where they get deleted or moved to some visible area?

Thanks Much for any help you can provide in diagnosing the disappearance.
Brandon
Hi Brandon,
In order to delete a draft, the user has to click . . . > delete unpublished page, and then they get a red warning window telling them they are deleting it. So I think it's unlikely that one of your users actually did this.
What's more likely is that they accidentally published the page. This would remove it from your drafts. Have a look in your space to see if the page was published inadvertently.
You could try to use this article to find out who has deleted the page. It's meant to work with pages that are already published, but you could try changing the type to draft and use it that way.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Regards,
Shannon
