Document links turn grey and are not available any more

Hi community,

I have a big issue with storing documents on Confluence. I upload documents with a link and they are marked blue as clickable collaborative documents. A few hours or days later I open the page and the documents are marked grey and they are not available any more as you cannot click them any longer.

Any ideas? I am a little bit desperate about that issue!

Are you adding the Confluence page as the link, or the actual attached document as the link?
