Documentation Not Found

Dear Community,

I'm wondering where the previously written pages have disappeared from the account. The account contains a ton of documents written previously. Does anyone know how to recover those docs?

Welcome @Asif Saleem 

First, check your audit log (you need to have a premium). Then check the trash - Space settings > Content > Trash. The items that have been deleted need to appear here. If they are not there, it means they have been permanently deleted and they cannot be restored.

I'd add to check archived pages and restricted pages. Some users can get creative on the latter :)

Dear Nikola/Kristian,

I was logged in to Confluence after quite some time, but does that mean all the documentation would be removed automatically? Currently, it's not premium, but we can subscribe if that's the prerequisite; however, it's strange that all the extensive documentation has gone without notifying or mentioning anything. We had extensive documentation over there.

Any thoughts on it?
