Does Confluence Server support live preview for macro

Hi, I want to develop a macro plugin that has live preview functions, similar to this. I've read that live editing is available for Confluence Cloud, but couldn't find information for Confluence Server.

@Chong Jing Hong Confluence cloud uses a different editor that makes this possible.  Server only has preview ability.
