Does a Gliffy viewer exist?

I work on an internal instance of Confluence (cloud) with Gliffy, When export/import to our external confluence (not the same instance) Gliffy diagram are not showing. On this instance, nobody is supposed to work it is a view only space.  

How can I get the diagrams without buying a licence ? just for viewing?

Yes, there are Gliffy viewers.  Probably the easiest is the free Gliffy plugin for Chrome.
