Dotted section box visible in view mode only, and not in draft mode, how to solve? [Confluence]

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Suddenly, in Confluence page in edit mode, the dotted boxes representing sections disappeared (image 1). On the other hand, the dotted section boxes appear in normal view mode (image 2).
How can we solve this issue? It is very hard to structure a page in this draft mode.
