Draw.IO - Error Saving file

The attached error pops up when trying to create a new draw.io diagram in confluence page.

Hi there @dulvinw :) 

If you see that error when trying to create a diagram, make sure you have edit permissions on that page/space. Also, sometimes, clearing your browser cache or trying an incognito window helps if it's a one-off error as well. 

Could you run a quick test for me?: 

• Open a Confluence page, click Insert → draw.io Diagram.

• If it does show but still fails, your admin may need to re-enable or update the app. Or, at that point, file a support ticket as mentioned above. We get to those within 24 hours :)
