Drive.io diagrams not visible on one Confluence account

One Confluence user creates page with inserted draw.io diagram.

The other user instead of diagram only gets "File not found" placeholder.

If the 2nd user inserts draw.io diagram himself, after publishing the diagram only gets "Diagram not found" placeholder.

It could be that your anti-virus is the culprit, I have seen this before.
