Hi it possible to create any automation that will pop up the tickets with the shorter due date on top of the list?
or to add any color to the ticket that showing that the due date is for example - 1 days before\2 days before?

With Automation you can change priority, but it's not very demonstrative. Main question is - where are you tracking issues.
If you make it at Kanban board, you can configure cards colors, depending on JQL queries.
You can make something like this (examples of filters and resulting board):

It's not feasible via automation. You can update your board filter query like below:
Project = XYZ ORDER BY Duedate ASC
