Hi,
When calling certain pages we get a system error. This error reports duplicate users. Among other things, when I go into the administration of an space. e.g. /spaces/viewspacesummary.action?key=TEST
Cause
org.apache.velocity.exception.MethodInvocationException: Invocation of method 'getSpaceAdmins' in class com.atlassian.confluence.spaces.actions.ViewSpaceSummaryAction threw exception org.springframework.dao.IncorrectResultSizeDataAccessException: query did not return a unique result: 2; nested exception is org.hibernate.NonUniqueResultException: query did not return a unique result: 2 at spaces/general-viewspacedetails.vm[line 11, column 29]
at org.apache.velocity.runtime.parser.node.ASTIdentifier.execute(ASTIdentifier.java:223)
caused by: org.springframework.dao.IncorrectResultSizeDataAccessException: query did not return a unique result: 2; nested exception is org.hibernate.NonUniqueResultException: query did not return a unique result: 2
at org.springframework.orm.hibernate5.SessionFactoryUtils.convertHibernateAccessException(SessionFactoryUtils.java:256)
caused by: org.hibernate.NonUniqueResultException: query did not return a unique result: 2
at org.hibernate.query.internal.AbstractProducedQuery.uniqueElement(AbstractProducedQuery.java:1483)
We've cleaned up the users before. The AD has been reconnected. But the problem keeps coming back after a while. And it's not yet clear why it hits certain users and when it doesn't.
Any Help? Links?
Thanks
Bastian
Hi Stan,
thank you for your answer. We know the Knowledge Base articles and they help to solve the problem. However, we also want to understand the cause. How did this happen? And how can we prevent it? Is our Active Directory corrupt? Are our AD settings wrong? Is it Confluence? Where does the problem come from?
Because this is the fourth time that we have to solve this problem and do not know where it comes from.
Best Regards,
Bastian
