Hi we have duplicated user instances in People Directory OnDemand, I read some posts saying it is somthing related to CONF-9857 and it can only be fixed by Atlassian support, can you please help?

Hey Steven,

The suggestion above is right. Because currently, we would need to check how the index is working and also some details for the users, as mentioned in articles like this one. And for this, we should be the admin and have the hosted instance here, so we could help you.
