Dynamic form

Hi,

I am capturing the details of say servers in a form.

My number of servers are always dynamic and can range from 1 to 100..(Can be more at times).

how can I create a form where I key in number of servers I wish to handle and the text boxes to keay in dynamically matching the count I gave..?

also, how to save and re populate the form to be able to edit/update later?
