Easy Method to Enter Keywords in Refined App Promoted Search Results

My question pertains to the Refined app in Confluence Cloud. It's a 3rd-party app. 

Just curious...does anyone have an easy method to enter keywords in Promoted Search Results? When I first started using the Refined app in 2021, I was able to create my keywords in an Excel spreadsheet; then, I would copy them from the spreadsheet and paste into Refined. This would save the keywords as separate words instead of a long series of words as one entry. That changed years ago, but I long for it. 

Anyone, just wondering if anyone found a hack. Thanks ahead of time!
