Edit In Word not showing in Tools Pulldown Confluence 3.4.6 to 4.3.3

After upgrade using same server.xml files we do not see EDIT in WORD in tools pulldown.

1. Checked Office Plugin installed

2. Checked 83 of 83 modules enabled including editgrid All enabled Configured

3. Authentication <input type="checkbox" name="pathAuth" value="true" checked="checked"/>Allow authentication tokens in the URL path

4. Error in log

Still cant see EDIT IN WORD in the Tools Pull down. Any ideas? I looked at a few doc hints but none misisng.

Hi Ken,

As describe on our Confluence 4.0 upgrade notes, we are sorry to inform you that Confluence 4.0 and above does not provide the feature to edit a page from your office application.

Hope the above information clarify your doubts on this issue.
