Edit and Tool bars not showing in Confluence

Sometimes when I go to edit a page in Confluence I don't get any edit toolbar. This can happen in different combinations too, sometimes I get the edit bar but not the table bar, and sometimes vice-versa.I can't repeat this, and it seems to occur at random.

It does seem like clearing the cache clears the problem. But and hour later it reappeared. So it seems like the cache will need to be cleared repeatedly. I've tested in Edge a few times and haven't seen it. So that may be a better option for the moment, although my testing hasn't been extensive enough to guarantee anything.

I see you raised this problem already on some other threads, and that @mrcrandell.sw let you know on EDIT TOOL BAR NOT SHOWING that if it's sporadic, clearing the cache would fix it.

Because clearing the cache fixes it temporarily, then it sounds like it might be an issue with your browser.

My recommendation would be to confirm all the browsers it happens in, (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, IE, etc.) and make sure that you can replicate this issue on other computers.

Try disabling all add-ons in your browser, and see if the issue persists.

If it does continue even when disabling your add-ons and across different computers, I would recommend raising a ticket with our Support Team. There, they can replicate the problem on their end and determine what might be causing it.
